About Lynn
Being both a Certified Yoga and Comprehensive Pilates Instructor, I employ both modalities when I guide students through movements to ease their bodies into stable positions gaining strength and flexibility for sustained health and well-being.
I receive satisfaction from helping others achieve balance - balance of the mind, body and spirit.
When I was in college and professionally performing, I was asked to teach dance courses.

Yoga: $75/75 mins (plus travel), or done in my home
Pilates: $65/55mins. sold in packages of 3 = $195.00; If done by single lessons: $75/55mins. - in my home. reformer, mat, arc, tower, props
