Hello, my name is Kirstin. I've been a certified instructor since 2021 and practicing for over 10 years.

Working with me is a soft landing. There’s no pressure to perform or be anything other than who you are, exactly as you are. Whether you’re new to yoga and meditation or returning after a long pause, I meet you where you are—with care, compassion, and patience.

Our time together is about creating space—space to breathe, to feel, to release, and to reconnect. I offer gentle guidance rooted in presence, and I always move at your pace. You’ll be supported in a way that feels safe and grounded, with room to explore what serves your body, mind, and spirit.

About the lesson

Yoga lessons offered by are tailored to each student's needs and level. Lessons can also be held online. Lessons are also available in Arroyo Grande. The first lesson is free to define learning goals and methodology.
