I want to get everybody excited about yoga. Want rap, R&B, country, jazz or any other music you can think of? I'll create a sequence just for you or you and your friends. Singing bowls, inside, outside, beer/wine, let's get creative!!
I do travel within reason
I do vinyasa, gentle, accessible, hatha, full moon sequences and more!
I am a reiki 1 master, yoga teacher 200, cpr certified
