I have worked with a wide array in terms of my population of students. All different demographics, Liv Well is very inclusive and diverse in connections.
I would advise, for compatibility purposes, they find a teacher that aligns with their goals, energy, and vision of what they want to get out of the experience.
I am fond of the way my students show up and the positive transition of how they leave.
A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
Students can ask Liv and they can go through their questions about their needs together.

She is amazing! Very supportive! I always feel comfortable in her presence
She is very patient and really cares about her clients.
Her bright spirit and clear passion!
Such personalized care! She takes the time to make sure that we’re progressing at a pace that works best for us!
I never really do yoga, but these sessions really helped and calmed me down. I really like the themed yoga sessions especially when the theme was "I am enough."
Her vibe and outgoing attitude.
