I started doing yoga with Autumn about 2 years ago and have loved every minute of it. She truly knows what she is doing and it shows. Autumn has an in depth knowledge of yoga, the origins of yoga, how to incorporate it for improving your practice and daily life. Introducing new and challenging poses were my favorite part of practicing with Autumn.
