About Kyra
I love helping people towards their health and wellness goals. My 10 years+ background in Physical Therapy, specializing in musculoskeletal therapy, gives me that unique perspective to help from. I am very goal oriented, so if you let me know specific health goals or yoga poses you would like to achieve, I can help you to take the practical steps needed to reach it.
I enjoy working in various settings and am able to do classes with a group of people or one on one sessions. One huge passion of mine is outdoor yoga (even though I teach inside frequently). I am also stand up paddleboard yoga certified.
PTA certified, advanced proficiency in musculoskeletal

Kyra is so knowledgeable, love her!! She has such a wonderful manner, and clear direct language that makes her verbal cues easy to follow (helpful online). I also appreciate that she provides "invitations" on the tough poses, so I don't feel pressured into something that isn't right for my body. Great experience!!
