I became certified in both Yoga and Health Counseling in 2007 and have enjoyed working with clients to help them transform how they can use yoga I their daily life as well as health counseling to help transform how they use food. I am certified to teach gentle Hatha Yoga for all kinds of needs including strength, flexibility, relaxation and I also incorporate the breathwork. If you are interested we can also do mediation, up to you.
