About Tegwyn
My services are diverse - through several professional training programs and mentoring from advanced Yoga Professionals have learned that there is not just one method of yoga for everyone.
Certified BIKRAM instructor 2008 - instructor in San Antonio from 2008 - 2016. Delray Beach 2016 2018
Certified Vinyasa instructor 2020 - Joyful Yoga Bonita Springs. Vinyasa teasing included Mediation and relaxing techniques
Certified Chair Yoga Instructor 2010 - San Antonio wi Lakshmi Voelker - used personally to help my Mother and others in her facility
Teaching People to feel better and find personal joy is better and more rewarding than any experience I have had.
My life and work brought me to Yoga in 2006 to find healing and peace. My belief is that every human can heal and the truth is that you are never too old, too sick or injured to begin again. Yoga is the "yoke," between body and mind. Connecting to you true self brings peace and actively helps heal what May seem impossible.
Testimony of my personal healing: after years of running, the pain and numbness in my arms and hands could only my be helped with a discectomy and fusion on C 4-7 of my neck.
Because of my education and understanding of how yoga works, was back in the yoga room after 7 weeks post surgery. Have virtually no pain now and am energized and happy after practice.
Through meditation have been able to let go of many ideas that held me back.
Fell in love with Yoga and how it helped my body and mind. The opportunity to go to teacher training was a natural next step
