About Sare
Hol Soul Collective is an initiative I started in 2023. Here I strive to create a healthy, safe space for all individuals to Move, Breathe, Heal and Connect.
Through yoga, meditation, breath-work, somatic healing and trauma-excavation, we elevate the body's natural responses, enhance overall health and well-being as well as reverse effects of any evironmental, genetic or lifestyle-driven negative impacts the body has been affected by.
Hol Soul Collective offers tangible tools that anyone can access, and with the awareness of Self and utilizing the practices shared, we have the opportunity to sync Mind, Body & Spirit, thus increasing our human potential and support our natural Evolution...just as God Itself intended.
I am a Certified 200 hr RYT, Certified CYT, currently enrolled in 500 hr YTT and have been actively teaching online and in person for private and semi-private classes and healing sessions since Summer 2023.
