About Massiel
I teach a soothing vinyasa flow and incorporate meditation and other key items you can apply on and off the mat. Open to all levels, no flexibility required to learn. Yoga has played a very important part of my life for the passed 10 years, and my goal is to share all the lessons I have learned through my own yoga practice and help others life their life to their fullest potential, mind body and soul! Namaste!

I have worked with students from beginner level to advanced. From young teens to middle age adults.

The instructor, Massy, was so nice and friendly. As a beginner, I was nervous that I would not know the positions and movements, but she really took the time to make sure I was doing everything correctly. She also made me feel comfortable and at ease. Her studio is small and cozy, so you really feel like you’re getting a one on one experience.
It’s a very private and personal experience! Massy always provides modifications so it’s great for beginners. Massy is super knowledgeable and always provides context on yoga and the practice. Love every minute of it!
Massy is such a caring instructor. Her passion for yoga is contagious!
