500-hour certified in Sivananda classical Hatha yoga, Kundalini with Ayurveda, Enneagram, and Lunar Wisdom, and Chair yoga
I've been doing karma yoga (volunteering) through Sivananda (in person and online since Covid) and also put out some classes on Facebook live and IG live.
