About Mia
Breath awareness is at the center of a yogis practice. With practice, you will gain flexibility, endurance and awareness of your eternal well-being inside your breath. If you would like to set an intention for one session or a series of sessions, we name it and hold it lightly. Then we move through a short meditation, warm up and asana (postures) on the guidance of the breath. With consistent practice (effort) You Will experience more of the joy you are (ease).
Private practice is $70 per 75 minute session and includes all supportive props to enhance your experience.
