About Ramona
I am a professional Holistic Life Coach. I offer Fitness, Yoga, Holistic Nutrition as well as Meditation. I offer education on a lifestlye that follows the practice of Eastern medicine. This practice teaches us that we can prevent most disease as well as heal ourselves.
This is an ascension into self love and boundaires. A journey that feels safe and exciting, with one's intuition fine tuned along the way in order to better guide to the best life has to offer, as well as protecting from anyone seeking to harm. I teach one how to ensure that their precious time here is enjoyed, every day.
The reward I find in teaching what I do is the change of health I see in someone. To see them gain the self confidence needed to move forward in their journey of health and wellness. There is nothing more exciting to me than knowing I have played a role in the healing of aonther.
