About Charlotte
I am from the UK but living in Chicago and have been practicing yoga for over 9 years, beginning when I was a student in London. I completed my 200RYT certification at Yoga Loft Chicago where I specialized in vinyasa yoga and have since completed a separate course in yoga for relaxation.
I have seen first hand the transformative power of yoga both as a way to improve fitness, strength and flexibility as well as to manage stress and create confidence and balance. I believe yoga is available to everyone e and you don't have to already be fit or prepare for a class.
I look forward to working with you.
