About Rachael
The yoga the I teach stems from ashtanga yoga. I like to think of it as sample of fast and slow movements plus longer held stretches on the mat. Plus this can all be customizes to each yogi's wants and needs. The fact that I do personal training means we can pack many different flavors into any workout.
I love helping people feel better inside and out. When I first went to my yoga teacher training I was focused on gaining self confidence and to get better in my own practice but during the training I realized I could help people with their practice and maybe even help them bloom into someone they didn't even dream they could be.

I really liked the variety of classes that was offered as well as the times. I also enjoyed how she integrated several different types of yoga into her classes. And her music was always spot on!!
Amazing teaching style! Good for all levels of experience. Classes flow well... there is a beginning, middle and relaxing cool down.
