About Bruce
~I Started the professional Wellness, Fitness and Performance path in 1983, and continually evolve.
~I feel my mindful & passionate observation of my clients and class is what separates me from the field and therefore feel l guide/teach better than anyone in the world
~I get into the zone where there is no time or space and get out of the way of myself and balance giving those what they want and need during the session.
~Coming from love and pure consciousness is how I lead, which empowers me to meet the client/class where they are and visualize the outcome
~I use customized music with empowering phrases to inspire productive & balanced results
I Started in fitness in 1983 when I was asked to take over a stretch and tone class
I started performance training in 1987 when 3 football players approached me to train them
I started teaching yoga in 1996 when I was asked to get certified to teach a yoga class.
I started gentle therapeutic yoga in 2007 when I was asked to help some one with a major injury then went on to get a therapeutic yoga certification.
BA in communications, AA degree in exercise physiology, several yoga, fitness and performance certificates. As well as personal growth certificates.

Depending on the needs of my client, group, or class. I do a question evaluation, that addresses needs, goals, history, and present state of mind and being. This also includes questions concerning nutrition and stress management.
My age range of clientele has been from 1st graders to elderly in their 80s.
My ability range is from special needs to professional athletes.
I presently teach at lighthouse for the blind and I also have a program called yogaletes for athletes.
I would suggest they ask them to ask for a reference, then I would ask them what is one of the main focus when they teach.
I have the domain yogaconcerts.com I love to teach large groups any level to live music. We just finished the first one this year and will have another one next month.
A few things worth thinking about before reaching out

Am I willing to stop if it truly doesn't feel right?

Bruce is very personable and you can tell that he truly cares about every person in his class. Bruce is serious about making sure I get the poses right, he also makes the class super fun. His yoga classes and general advice on positive and healthy living have absolutely enhanced my life. He personal training class kicked my butt, it hurt so good! I always look forward to class. I highly recommend him.
