About Carla
Corporate Yoga. Private Sessions. Community Classes.
Carla's background stems from a BA in Psychology, where she studied the importance of mindfulness for overall wellbeing. She then pursued her 200 hour certified yoga teacher training, and was one of the few in her class invited to teach at a one of the most prestigous studios in Dallas. Her passion for yoga led her to want to learn more and she persued her 500 hour yoga training upgrade. Here she learned more about anatomy, meditation, and yoga philosphy.

We offer an inital consultation to discuss your fitness needs, from there we customize classes to you and your team. The customization allows for more development in your yoga practice and mind.
Her typical student ranges from a complete beginner to more advanced yogis looking to deepen their practice. She is comfortable in any setting from large corporate classes to teaching at the studio, to customized one on one private sessions.
