About Cheryl
OmBalance is the collection of wellness services for those who seek a conscious life. We offer a variety of classes to meet all generational needs, specializing in classes for fertility, prenatal, partner, postpartum and seniors.
In addition, we also work with individuals and families offering childbirth education, doula service, nutrition and meditation. Our vision is to empower our clients to live a more conscious life.
Owner and operator, Cheryl Johnson has cultivated over a decade of holistic expertise working with her clients as a yoga instructor, certified childbirth educator and doula. She is currently working collaboratively with Tom Landry Fitness Center at Baylor University Medical Center as the lead yoga instructor for the Mom’s On The Go Program; is affiliated with the HypnoBirthing Institute; works as an Ayurvedic doula using traditional Kerala techniques for prenatal, postpartum and newborn care; Level I Aromatherapy training; Midwifery Assistant training at The Farm in Tennessee.
