About Shelby
Jaya Yoga and Movement provides one on one and group sessions for yoga and other fitness routines. I emphasize on your personal journey and needs, with a focus on moving in a way that feels good. It’s all about how you get there! You’ll gain the tools you need to incorporate healthy habits in your daily routine that leaving you feeling both refreshed and enthused to return! I have been incorporating fitness into my life for 7 years and am a 200 hour certified and registered yoga instructor. I am excited to share my love for this journey with you!
I love sharing my passion for yoga, fitness, and overall health in a way that resonates- meeting clients where they're at physically and mentally. I understand that every day is different and I enjoy encouraging clients to check in with their current energy levels and be honest with what they need. It inspires me to see people both challenged and excited for more!
I have been practicing yoga, cardio, weightlighting, and HIIT for 5 years and my Yoga Teacher Training is in progress!

Shelby is such an amazing instructor that provides a beautiful, uplifting flow through her yoga lessons. She provides both the emotional and physical support one needs to embark on their yoga journey. Since starting with Shelby I have found the positive changes of my yoga practice being interspersed within my life. Would recommend 10/10!!!
Shelby was excellent at teaching fitness and yoga. She was very engaging, passionate and patient and would definitely recommend her to others!
Shelby was a very empowering instructor. She demonstrated complete mastery of her movements, breaths, spirits and chakras. Shelby guided me through the yoga flow using gestures that resonated and allowed me to better understand the postures and how to let my breath move me into them.
Such a cute and down to earth instructor. Perfect personality for yoga. Very good at what she does.
