About Ashlen
I have been teaching yoga and meditation for 6 years, and worked with everyone from toddlers to seniors. I love teaching private lessons so we can really focus on what you need and want from a session. I am also available to teach a class for parties and groups as well!
I received my Integrative Nutrition Certificate from UCSD. I am well-versed in a variety of dietary theories and believe in bio-individuality. I have can help you with weight loss, feeling more energized, cleaning up your diet, etc. I can help guide you towards your health and fitness goals, and create customized meal plans and recipes for you.
