About Meg
Meg is a devout student of yoga and has been practicing for over a decade. She feels blessed to share the gift of yoga with beings of all ages and help guide others into their own embodiment of wholeness. For most of her teenage and young-adult years, Meg struggled with anxiety and depression, addiction and numerous self-destructive tendencies resulting from PTSD. Meg discovered her practice as not just an incredible self-nurturing, self-soothing tool but enabled her to find the courage and strength within herself to completely heal her childhood trauma.
Meg specializes in teaching a creative mixture of therapeutic breathwork, meditation, empowering Vinyasa flow and gentle Yin yoga in addition to being a talented Reiki energy worker. She also teaches children's yoga and stress-management through in-school enrichment programs, leads a variety of transformational workshops and retreats while also working one-on-one with students healing their trauma. Her mission is to empower beings of all ages to awaken their confidence and build the courage to live in wholeness so they may thrive as their most authentic selves.

We'll begin with a free, 30-minute phone consultation to discuss your goals, expectations, any injuries and ensure that we're a good fit to be working together. After that, we'll discuss class package and payment options and set up our class times that work well within your current schedule. Our initial in-person session together will be structured as more of a physical assesment practice, where we can determine the focus of our remaining sessions together.
