About Sage
I love connecting with and learning about my students on a personal and spiritual level, understanding their fears, concerns, needs and goals.
I've worked with all types of students from toddlers to 50+ year olds. I'm very adaptable to each of my clients needs as individuals as well as a collective. I love helping people believe they can achieve things they never imagined they could before!
I have a BA in Philosophy and Relgious Studies minor so I'm very understanding and introspective. I consider many perspectives when creating lesson plans for classes and individuals so that we all get the most out of our time together. I am also a certified meditation coach as well as 300 hour yoga instructor with 3+ years of professional experience.

Love doing yoga with Sage. Her energy is spiritual while staying grounded. A wonderful combination. You'll also get a serious workout.
Really Good at setting the pace, makes you feel confident at whatever level you are in yoga.
She has a knowledgeable and friendly approach that would help a beginner or an experienced person get better and more out of their yoga practice. I always left lessons feeling like I had gotten closer to understanding my personal relationship with yoga and how it can heal my mind body and spirit.
