About Jess
I have a unique approach to nutrition that doesn't include counting calories, macros or even tracking your weight. The power comes when you connect with your mind, body and spirit along the way. Not just focusing on weight loss or dieting. I guide you towards being able to intuitively choose the foods that work best for you and also enable the natural detoxification process of the body. Through this food focused detox process, we can eliminate years of toxic buildup in the body. This is where the transformation begins.
I love being able to shift people's perspectives of nutrition and become so connected to the healing process that eating well provides. I'm not here to control how you eat, I'm here to help empower you in the process of learning your body and reaching a state of vitality.
