About Erica
Traveling yoga and meditation teacher with a RYT 200 certification. I specialize in working with physically limited individuals and people struggling with deppresion, anxiety, stress, fatigue, insomnia and addiction. Yoga, meditation, yoga nidra, reiki, sound healing and other spiritual modalities can be used per students requests and needs.
I am very passionate about guiding and supporting others through their personal transformations. Watching others grow into their dharma (truth) is such a blessing and I am filled with gratitude to be apart of it.
I provide students with one on one attention in a private setting to allow the students to gain as much from the session as possible. Depending on the students needs and desires we can incorporate mantras/chanting, singing bowls, hands on adjustments (yoga), spiritual teachings and energy modalities to increase vibrations or healing. Students also leave sessions with detailed and guided homework to practice on their own time. This will help them optimize the most of each session and continue progressing in their studies.
I have taken additional training that qualifies me to work directly with "special" needs individuals
