About Zasha
I am a dedicated and passionate yoga watcher. I focus on alignment and breath and try to keep class fun while still getting a yoga session that stretches and works every part of the body. By the end of the session students will hopefully feel light and ready to take anything on with a refreshed mind and body.
I love yoga I truly believe in all
its benefits and love passing my knowledge on to people of all ages so they too can reap
the benefits.
I was a devoted Pilates and yoga student for years and then decided to follow my passion and become certified to teach.
i have 200hr yoga alliance teacher training
