About Danielle
High Altitude Yoga provides funky flow yoga classes in Flagstaff, AZ, inspired by creative movement, upbeat music, and playful intentions. We strive to accommodate all levels of practitioners, from first-timers to seasoned vets. Personal and small group instruction are available, including yoga for athletes, goal-oriented packages (strengthen, rehab, handstand, etc.), Thai yoga sessions, yoga for kids, special occasions (bridal showers, girls' weekend, and yoga for golfers), and customizable packages. Hiking and yoga and stand-up paddleboard yoga are also available in season.
