About Jennifer
Currently serving Flagstaff, Sedona, Phoenix and surrounding areas.
I'm a 200hr+ Certified Yoga Instructor and have taught a variety of classes in studios, gyms, health clubs, at resorts, for universities and private classes in client's homes. I have my Bachelors degree in Dietetics, Exercise and Wellness from Arizona State University.
I've always loved yoga and have taken classes in studios since high school. I began working at a studio in college and when the opportunity to take yoga teacher training came up I knew I had to do it. I've been teaching yoga ever since!
I completed my 200hr yoga teacher training in 2014 and have attended multiple trainings and workshops each year ever since.
