About Nadia
I am a certified yoga instructor. I combine meditation, vinyasa yoga (movement) and relaxation in my class. I like to teach each pose in detail and pay close attention to alignment. I adjust people during practice, so if you do not like to be touched my class is not for you.
I believe that anyone can benefit from yoga, no matter what your age, flexibility, and health condition are. It is just a matter of tayloring my lesson to your indivitual needs.
I am passionate about spreading benefits of yoga to kids at schools, to elderly in nursing homes, to inmates in prisons, to people affected by addiction in the rehabilitation centers.

When I get a new student, I listen first. I need to assess the needs, goals and desires. Every student is different and have different expectations. I also share my knowledge of yoga philosophy and incorporate my knowledge of anatomy in my classes. We start with quieting breathing, focusing and starting with simple poses. I teach gentle yoga for elderly, fun and playful yoga for kids, and laughing yoga for all ages! I believe in power of yoga and hope my students will see why I do.
