I am a Somatic Nurse- this means I cater to what you need mind-body and soul need. We come together to form methods that help you become aware, find joy and reach new levels in being human. Check out my webpage and studio. (concealed information) nurse.com
I enjoy using my own experience, nursing and yoga training and massage to bring a full circle of methods and ideas that can help you be a better person. I currently see all people. From age 10 and up
A few of the type of focus cn be depression, anxiety, adhd, interpersonal relationships, personality disorders, suicide ideations, stressful living and human experiences.
