About Alexander
On the topic of yoga I have almost 10 years of practice teaching alignment based work. This practice involves a carrying on of the lineage of work from teachers who emphasized adjustments and modifications for specific therapeutic needs.
I also happened to be a practicing psychotherapist so the critical blending mind-body Wellness is also included.
After I got my 200 hour certification I taught anywhere and everywhere. Gyms, yoga studios country, city. Everywhere.
I have a 500 hour ryt certificate as well as a master's degree in counseling psychology.

I begin with a structured intake interview and lots of feedback and back and forth about how to specifically Contour and create a specific program for each individual student. Weather people are trying to get out of pain or get more power and control over their own lives each persons yoga and mindful practice will be different.
I specialize in seeing a lot of folks that have had chronic medical conditions, chronic pain, and psychological trauma.
But I also do great things for people just trying to learn about yoga, folks trying to make the most of their practice. I have worked with people from all walks of life.
Find a teacher who you have a good connection with. Find somebody who you can see yourself trusting and somebody was reputable and ethical.
A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
Ask the teacher about how long they have stayed at one place. Whether they have earned the trust of the people that worked with and the clinic or Studio they've worked with. Reputation, ethics and longevity are everything in this business.

It depends on what people are looking for. People can do weekly yoga or yoga with groups or set up an individualized program that will go on for months to really fix their knees or backs. Individual lessons can range from 60 to $100 or individual packages can be priced out depending on diverse needs of students.
