About Ashley
Hi! My name is Ashley Farkas and I am a certified (RYT-200) yoga instructor. I teach Vinyasa Flow, Yin and Meditation. I graduated from Lifetime Athletic's Yoga teacher training program in Spring 2016 and have been teaching Power Yoga classes at EOS ever since. Prior to teacher training, I was a Bikram Yoga practioner for 10 years- absolutely love the series and implement some of the poses in my classes today. I look forward to meeting you and to helping you further your practice! Namaste!
It started in teacher training. We would learn a sequence and then start to teach it right away. After graduation, I got a job at EOS Fitness where I teach three classes a week.
