She is so professional and explains everything very well...
I have health conditions and Vivy really listened to my needs. She was patient and taught me poses according to my abilities. I loved the fact that she relates the yoga poses to the mind and spirit and not just a routine exercise session. Her yoga classes are layered and I feel I practice what she teaches outside of class in every day life.
