About Denise
My passion is empowering people in self-healing through integrative and holistic modalities. With 40 years as a psychiatric clinical nurse specialist with a focus on teaching mind-body medicine, I bridge conventional psychotherapy with ancient healing. Specializing in biofield energy therapies ( Healing Touch, EFT), somatic therapies, mindfulness, meditation, and yoga, I guide individuals into connecting deeply with all dimensions of self to heal from anxiety, depression, pain, trauma, grief and loss.
I love witnessing the powerful transformations people experience as they cultivate a lifestyle of authentic, vibrant, joyful living. I teach and help people build a toolbox of integrative skills to overcome fear and anxiety, limiting beliefs, and barriers the have carried. Filled with compassion, postiive intentions, joy, and enthusiasm, I create hope to cultivate a life of passion and purpose.
