About Niyati
Yoga is all about mindfulness and union of mind and body. In todays generation people consider yoga as only asans whereas according to Maharishi Patanjalis Yoga Sutras, asans constitute only 3 of the total 195 sutras. So according to my School The yoga Institue Mumbai, we focus more on working on the mind first and then the body.
