About Abbey
I love the practice of mindfulness and have been using yoga and meditation to get me through some hard times in my life so I practice what I teach! I will always learn about what my student needs and research legit sources to find out how to truly help my students in the long haul! I want the practice to be life long and not overwhelming!
I just love serving others and giving back to people, I love healing and helping others relax and ease into their own body and mind. A lot of the times we are scared or run from ourselves so my goal is to invite you to love and fall in your own arms!! This practice helps me stay mobile both in body and mind!
I’ve been doing yoga for 7 years now and I would show my friends and family all the cool things that yoga has helped me with. I had a lot of anxiety and yoga was a way to cope with it. I am very passionate about mindfulness and being kind to yourself and yoga is ALL about that. So I wanted to share that with others!
I am still continuing my Yoga education but I graduated from Southwest Institute of Healing Arts with my 200 hr YTT. I plan on going back to finish the 800 hr program! I am always trying new practices and doing research and reading books! But I love hearing about my customers needs then research from there!

I would love to hop on a call first to see what needs you have and what your goal is! If you just want to learn more about it and don't have an goals or intentions then we can figure that out! We will then start to add practices to your schedule and work on goals together!! We will use zoom or google meet for most of the calls/practices!
All types of students! Ranging from adolescents to the elderly. Yoga is for EVERY BODY!
