About Haya
I have a tremendous passion for yoga and it’s benefits. And I’d love to share it with you. All levels are welcome! I teach different kinds of yoga from Pranayama, Hatha, Vinyasa to Restoratives & Recovery practices, guide meditation and breath work sessions.
I specialize in private, prenatal, and semi-private sessions designed to meet your physical, emotional, spiritual, or wellness need. My classes focus on (Pranayama) breathing techniques, accessible postures for all body types (asana), meditation, and connecting back to source. My hope is that you leave feeling a little more grounded, connected, and loved.
Please reach out if you would like more details on private one-on-one classes, semi-private, or group classes for yourself and/or your organization. I look forward to connecting dear one.

It was the best yoga experience I’ve ever had. I always wanted to get in yoga but never felt motivated when I went to different classes. But she was so amazing and so professional that she made it a hobby of mine. Because of her I’ve been doing yoga everyday!
