About Jennifer
I provide health and wellness services through life coaching, fitness training and yoga. I'm a certified Holistic Life Coach, personal trainer and yoga instructor. I have worked with many clients by teaching them healthy habits. I will work with you on establishing goals that will improve your health. We will work together to remove the barriers that keeps you from living your best life. I do more then just give you a good workout, I will be your partner to help you achieve your goals.
The best part about the work I do is seeing my clients commit to their health. I enjoy getting to know my clients and learning their journey.
I became certified because of my own transition with my health. After I learned health habits and wanted to continue to learn in order to help others. I believe when you learn, you teach to others.
I have a Master's degree in Counseling and Health Psychology. I have a BA in Alternative Medicine. I am a certified Holistic Life Coach, Mind/Body/Fitness Coach, Yoga Teacher, and Personal Trainer. I have worked in the field for over 5 years. I am also CPR certified.
