About Jessie
I am a NASM certified personal trainer and Yoga Alliance certified yoga instructor. I am extremely passionate and dedicated to helping others reach their health and fitness goals. I love seeing the joy clients have when they surpass goals we have set for them to achieve. I truly care about the well-being of all students/clients that I come in contact with and am always willing to go above and beyond to make sure they recieve the best service and results possible.
I am a National Academy of Sports Medicine certified personal trainer and a Yoga Alliance 200 hour certified yoga instructor.

I take the time to get to know each individual client. Every person's body is different and reacts differently and requires different methods of training to reach their goals and see continual improvement.
I work with a wide range of clients from young student-athletes looking to enhance sports performance to elderly clients looking to improve range of motion and everything in between! As a former athlete I love to work with clients training for sports performance, but I really love to build a custom routine for anyone willing to work towards their fitness goals.
I advise students to look for a trainer who has a certification from a reputable institution. Also look for a trainer who will challenge you while still being motivating and respectful of your limits and concerns.

How serious am I about reaching my goals?
What scheduling conflicts might I have/ what hours and days will work best with my schedule?
What concerns/fears do I have about working with a trainer/teacher?
