About Cinda
I own Evolve Yoga and I am an E-RYT 200, E-RYT 500 as well as a Life Of A Yogi 800 hour teacher with Sri Dharma Mittra. I also run a Yoga Alliance 200 hour school. I am interested in teaching the benefits of yoga through posture, breath and other fundamentals of yoga, not just one aspect. I so strongly believe that the mind body and soul come together in this foundational practice to make each student the best version of themselves that they can be!
I work one on one with someone to address individual needs. I also do small groups and of course, I teach regular classes at my studio. My hope is that a private class will soon lead to a student feeling comfortable enough to integrate themselves into the studio classes.
As soon as I took my first class I knew that I wanted to learn everything I could about yoga so I could share it.
I have a 200 hour, 500 hour and 800 hour yoga training. I am also a Level 2 Reike healer.

I'm always fond of when someone has a breakthrough on their mat, from getting into a new pose or deeper into an old one, or breaks out crying from releasing something perhaps from long ago, I love it all.
