Let me share with you how Iyengar Yoga's functional and personalized approach can change your understanding of what yoga is.
With 22 years of teaching no experience and 18 years of being a massage therapist I have developed a deep understanding of a functional human anatomy and work needed with asana practice to move toward my students' healing and understanding of their own bodies.
If you are looking into deepening your practice, diving into yoga philosophy study, or simply looking for ways to relax your body and mind, let's work together! You'll be met with utmost kindness and compassion.
