About Shelby
Yoga has transformed my life in the past ten years. Having tendonitis in both knees constricted me in my daily workouts and yoga has been the only constant assistance in strengthening my body to accomplish my goals. Since yoga taught me how to love my body and gives me complete happiness, I took a 200-hour yoga teacher training at HIBS Yoga – instructed by Heba Saab. My goal is to teach each student the power of what their mind, body, and soul is capable of to conquer their dreams and ambitions on and off the mat.
I have the ability to assist each student in breathing and feeling to work with their injuries and tightness. I also have a deep passion in assisting students to unlock their higher self.
