About Sara
I offer private yoga lessons to students at the beginner level and beyond. I’m willing to work one on one or provide lessons for small groups.
Yoga is my passion and I enjoy sharing my passion with others. I truly believe that yoga can heal the body from the inside out.
I have been teaching kids for 11 years. I just recently obtained my 200 hour RYT after practicing yoga myself for 3 years.
I have a 200 hour RYT certification. I am CPR/AED certified. I also have a Bachelor of Science in Education.

I will typically set up a session that serves as a meet and greet to get to know the potential client and find out what their needs are. Then I will work with you to set up appointments that work with your schedule.
I have worked with all age groups and ability levels, including students with injuries who have limited mobility.
Make sure you know what specific type of yoga you are looking for and that you communicate that with your potential instructor. Find out what the instructor's strengths are, and be sure to be upfront about any recent injuries, surgeries, etc.
I recently taught an alignment workshop where I was able to work with students in a small group breaking down postures and getting them into alignment safely.

Are you looking for a yin practice, or more of a vinyasa flow practice. What is your level of skill? What specific areas do you want to work on? What dates/times work best with your schedule?
