About Hayley
Hi! My name is Hayley! I am a certified Yoga Instructor and Personal Trainer. I am here offering private yoga lessons in the comfort of your own home! I travel to you at times convenient for you. I offer assistance in these areas: Yogic excersize, flexibility training, meditation, working with elderly and children, strength training, and nutrition.
Yoga is my passion. So is helping people. I enjoy teaching and watching my students grow into the people they have wanted to be!
I have been a passionate student of yoga for 5 years. I knew right away that I wanted to teach others about this amazing mind and body excersize that I found so I ended up getting certified and here I am!
I am a certified Yoga Instructor and Personal Trainer.

I like to meet up with a possible student first just so we can introduce ourselves, talk about the student's goal, and see if I have the ability to help them reach those goals.
I have worked with everyone from children to the elderly. I am open to teaching just about anyone.
