About Chasity
I am a certified Yoga instructor with Yoga108- Mind, Body and Spirit. I am certified in Vinyasa flow, restorative yoga, yin practices, meditation work with pranayama breath work and bandha work. I can teach all levels from beginner to advanced and I am equipped with modifications, advancements and correct alignment adjustments.
I believe that yoga and meditation is more than just a physical practice. It really is about the mind, body and spirit. It is a lifestyle choice.
I am aprofessional contemporary ballet and bollywood dancer in Los Angeles. I have been dancing for over 20 years and have a real sense of boyd awareness. I graduated with a BFA from AMDA College and Consveratory and have been certified in 200hrytt.

I like to get a sense of their physical activity and capability. It is important for me to be aware of any current or past injuries. I like to build a sense of community, as I think it is very important in building the foundation of trust between teacher and student. I believe you are only as strong as your mindset and you are only as weak as your mindset.
I work with students of all levels and backgrounds!

Students should consider asking themselves what they are hoping to gain, or shed, through yoga, meditation or any movement based lesson. There is alot of physical andmental strength to gain and there is a lot of built up emotions and mindsets that can be shed and redirected.

My private yoga sessions go for $150 an hour. I am willing to negotiate price under certain circumstances.
My private meditation sessions go for $75 an hour.
I also do private dance lessons which run for $125 an hour.
