About Gabriel
I am trained, and have experience teaching many different styles of yoga, and I have worked with students of many different ages and skill levels. I listen to and observe my students, developing customized yoga practices to suit their needs.
I enjoy everything about yoga, from the physical, mental, and emotional benefits it provides. Being able to share what I have learned with others, making a positive impact on their lives is what drives me.
I began practicing yoga many years ago, and because I found it to have such profound physical, mental, and emotional benefits, I began teaching what I learned to my friends, family, and pretty much anyone else who was interested!
I have completed both a 200 hour, and 300 hour Yoga Teacher Training in Rishikesh, India, focusing on many yoga styles ranging from the most gentle, and restorative styles all the way to the more athletic and strength building types. I am a 500 Hour Registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance (RYT 500).

First I will determine the students expectations, experience level, and any physical limitiations, then I will develop a customized yoga program to specifically cater to their needs.
I have worked with students as young as 10 years old, all the way to those in their 70s, those with little or no experience to others at intermediate and advanced levels. Ones recovering from back surgeries, and others who are just a little stiff.
A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
It is important for students to think about their goals when beginning practice with a new teacher. Ask yourself where you are, and where you would like to be in your yoga journey. By setting yourself up with clear goals, you will find it easier to follow the path leading to them.
