About Irina Hatha Yoga
I am a certified Hatha yoga instructor with over 10 years of practice. I studied Yoga in India, Europe and USA. I am full of energy and look much younger than I am ! I am almost 41, but feel myself on 25)
I love to see people are full of energy, have strong body and feel the harmony inside after my classes.

Irene is absolutely amazing yoga instructor! She is very helpful and supportive. I’m not flexible at all and had my doubts if I can/should join the class, but Irene’s attention to every student makes the classes really helpful for all - advanced and beginners
I like Irene because she is very knowlegable, calm and very attentive instructor. She makes sure to always correct your body posture during the class in order to properly learn each Asana. Besides that, Irene is a super nice person with amazing positive energy!
