About Jessica
My private yoga practice isn't just a workout, but a carefully constructed process that gets to the origin of your concerns right away, so that we can develop a strategy for an ongoing daily yoga practice that will meet all of your health needs, enabling you to live your best life and radiate health, happiness & productivity.
As an e-RYT I have over 3000 hours in teaching yoga and have two certifications, and have studied yoga, reiki and other spiritual healing traditions in both California and in India.

Every FIRST private yoga session comes with a 15 minute postural assessment and a 15 minute feedback & integration outake.
In my 8 years of private yoga instruction I have worked with all types of clients, but specialize in those working with sciatica, soliosis, herniated discs, anxiety, infertility and thyroid issues. I also love combining private yoga with my experience as a reiki healer & spiritual guide to those looking to heal on a more emotional and spiritual level.
