About Kha
Hi there.
I am a yoga instructor. My passion is to teach Hatha Yoga so the class is based on breathing techniques, torsions, low impact asanas and then relaxation.
After the class you will feel energetic, stronger and more flexible.
I enjoy to see people loving their bodies. Accepting every inch of them and doing things they never imagine they could. Through yoga people improve their body strenght and flexibility but also they start to be aware about environment and health.
I felt like something was missing in my life so I followed a friend's advice and started practicing yoga in order to connect with my spiritual life. Now my body and my mind are in balance.
I have been practicing yoga for 2 years now. I started in Venezuela and then moved to Ecuador where I started as a yoga instructor
