About Phoenix 🔥
I incorporate different modalities of yoga to meet the needs of the individual. I have a holistic approach and my method of teaching is very beginner friendly. I believe anyone from any age group can learn yoga. It does not matter if you have never done it before or think that's it's not for you. I encourage you to take the chance and try it out to see if it can be a good fit for you or not. Looking forward to meeting you 🙏🕉️✨
My life has not been the same ever since I have learned about the gift of yoga. I used to be stuck in my head most of the time and that's when I decided I needed to spend less time in my head and get into my body more. Yoga has helped me do exactly that by guiding me into developing a deeper and more meaningful relationship with myself. It would be an honor to help you help yourself through yoga.
