About Jennifer
As a Certified Life Coach, I will help you empower yourself to create lasting change in your relationships through mindfulness and supportive accountability. My years of experience as a social worker and yoga teacher and certified mindfulness meditation teacher really provide me with a unique lens, which my clients notice and appreciate. You can follow me on Instagram @jenniferkatcoaching.
I love helping you find the answers from within. I absolutely love helping women remove the blocks and obstacles that have been standing in their way, so they can move forward and achieve whatever it is that they want to achieve. I specialize in helping people move from a space of feeling unfulfilled and unhappy to living with more ease, flow and joy.
I have a Master's degree in social work from UPenn, and I'm a Certified Life Coach through the Jay Shetty Certification School. I'm also a certified yoga teacher and certified mindfulness meditation teacher.
